Maximize Advertising $$

Any time I list a home I make sure to take out an add in the Real Estate Book. This maximizes the exposure to the homes I list and it exposes my client’s property to some of the best websites on the web.
The Real Estate Book is an interesting site that you may want to check out. It provides a database of over over 400,000 homes for sale in the US, and you can search for homes by state or city. Here is an sample of Atlanta homes for sale.
The site incorperates Google maps into the state and city views which allows you to hover your mouse over tags on the Atlanta map and view Powder Springs homes for Sale or Lawrenceville real estate.
The site also provides other resources for real estate agents like myself such as the Free Real Estate Book Magazine which is printed every 4 weeks and has a distribution of over 8.5 million copies, direct mail postcards and flyers though The Real Estate Book Store, and the InView Virtual Tours product that creates a video tour of my listings.
